Health & Safety Training

The awareness of Health & Safety issues at the workplace is very critical to every organization in order to ensure a safe working environment. Organizations experience a number of setbacks because Health and Safety issues are not taken seriously. Health and safety law are designed to protect anyone who comes to the workplace be it an employer, employees, self-employed, trainees, customers, visitors, users of the end product and even anyone on the premises unlawfully. 

When employees and customers are affected by issues of health and safety, the organizations turn to suffer great repercussions because it leads to low morale for staff, poor image for the venue, difficulties in recruiting new staff, absenteeism and reduction in customers coming to the venue. 

This programme has been developed to ensure all areas of Health & Safety is incorporated into our training course. Our Health and Safety training is always tailored to the specific requirements of working on the site of our client with aim of ensuring injuries are kept to the very minimum.

Once a start date has been agreed for the start of a new contract, the Line Manager will take assigned security personnel through:

  • An introduction to Health & Safety Duties of employers
  • Employee duties under the law
  • Accident reporting
  • How is the act enforced?

Continuous Health & Safety training is carried out through a combination of the training team providing support and assuring core competence, and Senior Management briefing.
