Customer Service Training

All Ammour Security Limited employees are taken through the customer service training programme as part of their induction delivered by dedicated Customer Service Trainers at our training school. The two day training session is designed to equip the attendees to enable them provide consistently high levels of customer service and taking pride in all areas of their job.

The two day course treats topics such as:

  • Introduction to customer care
  • Who your Customers care
  • Soft skills
  • Communication
  • Dealing with Customer complaints
  • Achieving customer satisfaction
  • Achieving customer delight
  • Service excellence
  • Customer relationship management.

A key element of this training is role paly where trainees are put in the position of customers and experience good and bad experiences. Experienced trainers then discuss how situations could have been approached differently and this helps the trainee to understand when it might be appropriate to modify behaviour.
